Peter is a happy follower of Jesus with a wife, and two sons, ages 4 and 2, and a daughter, who is 6 months. Raised in a non-denominational, evangelical, mildly charismatic church, Peter studied a variety of theological approaches while in college, at different times attending Catholic, Lutheran, Presbyterian, Episcopalian, Eastern Orthodox, and Coptic Christian churches. Throughout these experiences, what struck him the most was how relentlessly Christ calls and pursues His beloved bride, despite the dramatic theological, doctrinal, or traditional differences found across the spectrum of churches.
Peter and his wife host a Bible study in their home every other Friday night, focused mostly on having dinner and living life with other believers in the context of earnestly seeking Christ in scripture and through prayer. A career bureaucrat, Peter plans to shuffle papers and hopes to actually use an official rubber stamp at some point in his professional life; in the evenings, after the kids go to bed, he likes to hang out with his wife Gina, design board games, and read ancient Greek histories.
